Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and its associated data for the mobile and web applications published by CNTECH Technology Inc. The instructions below apply to all of our apps.

Delete your account from within the app

Every CNTECH app lets you delete your account directly from its settings:

1. Open the app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Go to Settings (or Profile, then Settings).
3. Tap Account, then Delete Account.
4. Confirm the request. Your account and its associated data are permanently deleted.

Once confirmed, deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. You will be signed out on all devices.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app or your account, email us at info@cntech.io from the email address registered to the account. Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and tell us which app the request is for. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before we proceed. Requests are completed within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your profile information (name, email address, avatar, and any bio or contact details)
• Your login credentials and authentication identifiers
• Content you created in the app (lists, tracked movies, shows and books, playlists and favorites, messages, and similar user-generated data)
• Your in-app preferences and settings
• Analytics and device identifiers linked to your account

What data may be retained

After deletion we keep only a limited set of data, and only where the law requires it or where it is needed to protect our services:

• Records we must retain for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes, kept for the period required by applicable law and then deleted or anonymized
• Aggregated or anonymized statistics that can no longer be linked to you
• Residual copies in encrypted backups, which are purged on a rolling cycle within 90 days

This account and data deletion process applies to all applications published by CNTECH Technology Inc., including:

• Trackables — Personal Media Tracker (Google Play and App Store)
• YukaPlayer — M3U Player (App Store)
• BiStudio — Business Intelligence Platform (web)
• alignee — Role-Based Smart Team Messaging (web)
